Rosé Brut is perfect with dishes that work with light, juicy reds or full-bodied whites. Think things like duck, lobster or smoked salmon. Dry rosé is a pairing dream this time of year, it goes great with things like salted/ cured meats, antipasto and fresh cheeses making it a great drink before a meal. But it also goes well with seasonal cuisine such as grilled and seafood, American barbeque/ Asian barbeque and salads, such as: bruschetta, coleslaw, lentil and beet salad etc. And of course, it’s our go to take-out wine- pairing terrifically with spicy Asian and Indian foods and seafood (sushi)!
